Substitutions may be made at any time, but please inform the organizers about the change of the attendee (data of the new participant have to be provided). If it is necessary to cancel a registration, please inform the organizers immediately. If cancellation is done before 31st May 2018, 75% of the fee will be returned (25% of the fee will not be returned due to administration charge). There will not be any fee reimbursement for cancellations received after 31st May 2018 or for no attendance at the conference (100% cancellation charges).
Registration and payment:
You will be required to login at the Continue Education Centre of the UPV. Please follow the instructions and get your password to fill up your information and make the payment.
Payments can be done by card or transfer. Please note that after registration you will have a few days to send the proof of payment in case of wire transfer.
After payment you will get the receipt of payment. If you need an invoice, you can get it at any time after payment.
